m8 Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions govern the use and visitation of m8 website. Please read the terms and conditions before using the site. By accessing and using this site, you
  1. agree to accept these terms and conditions and abide by them
  2. confirm that you are at least 18 years old age
  3. will provide accurate and complete registration information
  4. are solely responsible for any activities conducted using your User ID
  5. wish to receive updates on m8.
Definition and Interpretation
  • “Customer”, “Member” or “You” means the user who registered on m8 with the intention to purchase items or Enabling Asia’s MVNO subscribers.
  • “m8” refers to Enabling Asia Tech Sdn Bhd (Company No. 923680-T), a company incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act 1965 and having its principal place of business at 18-3, No. 18, Jalan Sri Hartamas 8, Taman Sri Hartamas, 50480 Kuala Lumpur.
  • "Force Majeure" refers to any event which is beyond the reasonable control of a Party, including, any cause arising from an act of God or natural disaster (e.g. lightning, fire, earthquake, storm and/or explosion of meteor), governmental restraint and expropriation, rebellion, civil commotion, war (declared or undeclared), military operation, acts of terrorism, industrial action, criminal damage to or destruction of equipment. An act or event shall not be excused or delayed by Force Majeure if it could reasonably be circumvented through use of alternative sources, work around plans or other means as may be agreed between the Parties;
  • "Outlets" refers to the Merchant's outlets where m8 Members may opt to personally redeem the Merchant's merchandises/services from;
  • The headings in this document are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of any parties.
Information on m8
  • All information on products, services and vouchers sold on m8, including photographs are not binding and for information purposes only. m8 does not guarantee that everything will be error-free. Please refer to the respective manufacturer’s website if there are any discrepancies.
  • Human error and omission in any quotation or display on m8 shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of m8.
  • The links to all third party sites on m8 are provided for your convenience and are not owned, operated or controlled by m8. Therefore, m8 cannot be responsible for the contents or practices of the respective sites.
Price and Other Charges
  • The price of each items, services or vouchers listed on m8’s website at the time of purchase is the final price and does not include packaging and courier charges or any applicable taxes. Buyers are liable for these additional charges and taxes, if applicable, unless otherwise stated.
Terms of Payment
  • All transactions on m8 shall be in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) value. m8 accepts credit cards via ww.paypal.com and direct debits are supported by ipay88.com. To ensure utmost security, m8 does not store any payment information and only connects to secured and licensed third party vendors.
Refund, Return and Warranty
  • All transactions are final once payments are made and a confirmation is issued by m8. We regret that refund and return are not accepted if you change your mind about the purchase.
  • In the rare and unforeseen circumstance where you received a defective or missing item, please contact our customer service at +6011 3400 4400 within 3 days of delivery. At the discretion of M8, we will initiate a return or replacement within 5 working days once the returned item(s) is inspected. Please note that you are responsible for the item(s) until they arrive at our premise and cash refund may take up to 14 to 21 working days.
  • After 48 hours from delivery, m8 shall have no further liability for any defect.
  • Unless otherwise stated, all warranties shall be fulfilled by the respective manufacturers.
  • m8 shall not be liable for any defect or injury as a result of improper use, flawed installation or improper handlings of any products sold.
Delivery
  • Most physical products will be delivered via local courier services. Once the order is mailed, you will receive a courier tracking number.
  • For products that need to be redeemed at specified outlets, please refer to the confirmation email for the instructions and restrictions (if applicable).
  • To ensure delivery is made to the authorized person, your ID (NRIC, passport or other legal documents) must be presented for verification during delivery or redemption.
Vouchers
  • Unless otherwise specified, vouchers are not valid in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
  • The general terms and conditions such as validity and discount amount of each type of voucher are specified on the vouchers’ confirmation receipts.
  • Vouchers are non-refundable nor exchangeable for cash.
  • Unless otherwise specified, vouchers are not transferable and must be redeemed by the buyer.
  • Reselling of m8 vouchers is prohibited and m8 reserves the right to cancel the vouchers.
  • Vouchers and valid legal identification must be presented during redemption.
  • M8 is not liable for lost or stolen vouchers or vouchers reference numbers.
General
  • m8 strives to provide a good user experience to all our members and will terminate or suspend memberships if members are found to be conducting illegal activities, harassment or behaviour that may upset other members or violate m8’s property and practises.
  • m8 reserves the right to cancel any orders if we suspect any potentially fraudulent buying behaviour.
  • m8 reserves the right to amend or add new terms and conditions without any notice.
  • m8 shall not be liable for failure to deliver or complete any transactions due to causes beyond our reasonable control or force majeure.
